Our Approach
Both Jen and Kate are trained in the Baby- Led Sleep Approach through Isla-Grace.
The basis of this approach is to help parents follow their baby’s own unique cues and encourage parents to tap into their parenting instincts to help guide them. One of our core beliefs is the importance of building and strengthening a solid attachment and relationship. Through this foundation of attachment and responsive parenting practices, we can help you find the appropriate sleep solutions that will be the best fit for your family. We will help guide you and provide information about natural development, baby’s survival instincts, and what “normal” baby sleep looks like. We use a comprehensive approach that goes much deeper than just looking simply at sleep patterns. We want to empower families to follow their instincts and to make changes that they feel good about when it comes to their child’s sleep. We strongly believe in supporting families to improve sleep without sleep training.
